Shopping early for Christmas? - don't worry if you get it wrong - send it back for a refund or exchange early in the New Year

Our customer satisfaction promise

If any item does not meet with your entire satisfaction we will exchange the goods or refund the full amount.  Where the returned item was part of an offer involving a discount for a number or set of items purchased the refunded price will assume the discount is applied to the first item returned.

Items should be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging or gift box, using the pre-printed 'returns' label and form supplied with your order, indicating whether you require a full refund or exchange.

Please note that we are unable to accept liability for any items being returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit.  For returns within the UK we suggest that the customer obtains a (free) Certificate of Posting from the Post Office – for values up to £28 and by the appropriate Special Delivery Service for higher values.
