Four ways to shop 

1.       Online

Your card details are entered on to our secure server using an encrypted link.  Where items are in stock your card will be debited immediately.  In cases where we do not have items in stock your card will be debited as soon as we have confirmation that they are being delivered to us.

We accept most credit and debit cards including the following.

Visa, Mastercard, Switch,American Express,Solo, Delta, Eurocard
 
 
You should ensure that you quote the correct billing address for the card to prevent any delays in processing your order.
 
We reserve the right not to accept an order.
 

2.       By phone

Call 0207 223 3536. (calls charged at national rates)

Lines are open 9.00 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Friday.

Out of hours calls will be taken by our answer phone service.

Print out your order form list before making the call so you have all details to hand.

Payment by credit card or cheque. 

3.       By fax

Fax your order (simply Print out your order form ) to: 020 7223 3536

4.       By mail

Elingerie.uk.net will only use your details in connection with the order that you have placed and to follow up its delivery.  If you subscribe to our mailing list we will send you routine updates concerning products and special offers, we will not pass your details to any other company and we will remove your details from our mailing list within five working days if you email us with this request.  Details of our privacy policy are provided in our privacy statement.

• Credit Card

We accept secure, online payment by Visa and MasterCard.

If you are ordering by phone please have your credit card details ready (including card holder name, card number, expiry date).

Elingerie.uk.net protects your online ordering/payment details with the latest encryption technology. Information cannot be decoded by anyone other than the credit card bureau and remains 100% confidential.

• Cheque

If you prefer to pay by cheque we will reserve goods for you for 4 working days awaiting payment.

Please make cheques payable to elingerie.uk.net limited and write your address on the reverse.

All UK prices include VAT at the current rate.

All orders are subject to availability.

How to print your order

Create your order as normal and proceed to the Checkout screen, input your personal  and delivery details but do not click the 'submit order' button but instead:

·         Right click the mouse button anywhere within the checkout window.

·         Select PRINT from the menu.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Conduct.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will not pass your e-mail address to other trusted traders unless you agree.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us.

If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser.
